Your Team

At Fristensky Law, PLLC, family law is a team effort. Attorney Louis Fristensky leads the firm, guiding servicemembers, military families, and Onslow County residents through custody, support, equitable distribution, and divorce matters with straightforward advice and steady courtroom advocacy. Jeffrey Berman lends additional depth as “of counsel,” bringing a second seasoned perspective to select cases. Behind every matter, Amie Picanco keeps cases moving forward, managing deadlines and court filings so nothing falls through the cracks, while Tanya Wilson works side by side with clients to prepare trial binders, affidavits, and inventories that make their cases court ready. And from your very first call, Jenna makes sure you feel welcome and connected to the right person. Together, we combine the personal attention of a small firm with the preparation and organization your family's case deserves.

Tanya Wilson

Tanya Wilson works directly with our clients to prepare their cases for court. She helps clients organize trial binders, complete financial affidavits and child support affidavits, and put together equitable distribution inventories. Tanya also guides clients through the evidence they gather, helping them understand what will strengthen their case and what will not. Her hands-on support keeps clients prepared, organized, and confident as their court dates approach.
