Biography

Attorney Louis Fristensky is a dedicated advocate with a strong foundation in both legal theory and practical application. After spending over 12 years working as a paralegal for various attorneys, Louis pursued his passion for the law and earned his J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law in 2019. His experience gives him a comprehensive understanding of the legal process—from drafting and filing complaints to negotiating settlements and arguing in court. Louis focuses his practice on family law, criminal defense, and personal injury, and is committed to providing personalized, efficient representation to clients facing life’s most challenging legal issues.

Known for his hands-on approach and deep procedural knowledge, Louis offers clients not only skilled legal counsel but also the kind of meticulous case management often reserved for support staff. He takes pride in being one of the few attorneys who knows every step of the legal process—because he’s done it all. When he’s not working on cases, Louis enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Sophia and Luna, and staying active in the community. He brings the same dedication to his clients as he does to his personal life: loyal, focused, and fully invested.
