Biography

Attorney Louis Fristensky is a dedicated advocate with a strong foundation in legal theory and its practical application. After spending over 12 years working as a paralegal for various attorneys, Louis earned his J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law in 2019. His experience gives him a comprehensive understanding of procedure—from drafting and filing complaints, setting hearings and depositions, to negotiating settlements and arguing in court. Louis focuses his practice on family law and misdemeanor defense, and is committed to providing personalized representation to each client. He likes to resolve cases as quickly as possible and believes direct communication and collaboration with clients is essential to the success of any given case.

Louis is both a skilled trial attorney and experienced paraprofessional - taking pride in being one of the few attorneys who not only knows how to draft a lawsuit, but to file it, as well. He brings the same dedication to his clients as he does to his personal life.

When he’s not working on cases, Louis enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Sophia and Luna. A whippet and boxer/whippet mix who he affectionately refers to as his daughters. He is passionate about equality, the environment, animal rights, protection of democracy and the Rule of Law.
