Biography

Attorney Louis Fristensky is a dedicated advocate with a strong foundation in legal theory and its practical application. After spending over 12 years working as a paralegal for various attorneys, Louis earned his J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law in 2019.

His experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of civil and criminal procedure—from drafting and filing complaints, setting hearings and depositions, to negotiating settlements and arguing in court.

Louis focuses his practice on family law and misdemeanor defense, and is committed to providing personalized representation to each client. He likes to resolve cases quickly and believes direct communication and collaboration with clients is essential to the success of any given case.

When he’s not working on cases, Louis enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Sophia and Luna. A whippet and boxer/whippet mix who he affectionately refers to as his daughters.

He is passionate about equality, the environment, animal rights, representational democracy and the Rule of Law.

Politically, he is drawn to libertarianism.
