I use LawPay which is a legitimate service for lawyers in private practice. I also accept checks and cash. LawPay offers loans through Affirm, as well.

Phone calls are the most disruptive form of communication. Calls interrupt the flow of my work, demand my immediate attention, and break my focus. Email is always the best way to reach me. Typical procedural questions can be answered by my staff. If you ever have an emergency, call 911.

Yes! Most cases are payment plans. And there are no credit checks!

I have a very strict bi-weekly checklist that involves going through every case in my practice, checking the online portal, and assessing how the case should move forward. I don’t want cases to last longer than they need to last, because I like to move on to my next client and get you resolution.
I also have redundancy built into my practice including spreadsheets, MyCase, and staff checks.
